How We Save You Money (And Your Sanity)
We're a small, lean team, that's run by real people (yes, humans with an actual heartbeat!). No fancy offices, no hidden fees, no nickel-and-diming. Just simple prepaid plans with no extra charges for data, minutes, or SMS - no sneaky tricks.
If you need help with your account, we can really help you out in ways that really make a difference:
- We can call you before you run out of credit.
- We can put your account on hold for free.
- We'll wake up at 3 AM to help fix your issues.
- And if you're in the Armed Forces; a First Responder; Medical Professional; Teacher, or a Police Officer, we discount your plan by 5% because you deserve it (we believe in heroes).
- Families also get 5% off per attached account (minimum of 3, max of 7—no cap on love).
nb. To claim the discount, a First Responder; Medical Professional; Teacher or Serviceman must provide proof of employment (ID badge, letter, or whatever works). We'll talk it through with you and figure out a way to sort it for you.

We're all about keeping things simple and straightforward. Here's the real deal:
Our Plans Are Unlimited (With a Twist!)
We offer three kinds of plans:
- Data Diva - Great for everyday, but data's speed capped at 1mbps. Perfect for tablets, eReaders, low-key chats, and cat videos (SD quality). Emails and browsing - basic stuff.
- Chatterbox - Unlimited calls/SMS, but data's speed capped at 1mbps. Like Data Diva, but with calls and messages. Perfect for most folks.
- Speed Demon - All of the Unlimited Calls and SMS Messages + Full speed data! No Speed or Data Caps, no limits - download games, watch Netflix in 4K (if you dare).
Plans are prepaid monthly. They're invoiced on the 13th of every month, with a due date of the 20th. If you join any time between the 21st, and the 19th of the following month, you'll only be charged a pro-rated amount up front for the first part month, and you'll get your first full invoice for the following month on the 13th. Why do we bill on the 13th of every month?
nb. All of our Plans follow our Fair Use Policy. Please read it thoroughly, as it governs everything you can and cannot do with your new Internet Superpowers!

Yes! Our Data Diva and Chatterbox caps at 1Mbps to keep costs low, but data always flows (just slower for your cat's epic TikTok). Our Speed Demon plan has full speed - all day, all night, all the binge-watching you crave.

We're mostly cheaper than the rest - no long-term contracts, just honest rates for truly unlimited plans.
No long-term contracts—cancel anytime, no hidden fees (we don't play those kinds of games).

All of our interactions with you are covered by our Privacy Policy.
We do occasionally have to pass on your information to our partners for things like number porting, and account usage tracking.
